InSightful Organizing’s founder is Lynda Meitzner, an experienced professional organizer trained in project management, science, information technology and administration. Before creating InSightful Organizing, Lynda always found herself organizing office systems whether she was a summer temp on break from college or a geologist for the United States Geological Survey (USGS). She had a knack for improving the workplace so co-workers could find the files they needed or could track data accurately. Many fellow employees noticed her skill and asked her to help them sort home clutter and collections outside office hours. Lynda gained firsthand experience in the importance of estate organizing when her parents both fell ill. To allow her parents to live independently as long as possible, she set up remote bill paying and medication tracking systems, and she organized their home layout. Lynda recognized a growing need for professional organizers, so she established InSightful Organizing.
